Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer with our own production facility. This allows us to offer you factory-direct pricing, faster technical support, and custom solutions.
How do I choose the right tool for my specific material (e.g., stainless steel, titanium)?
Please provide your workpiece material, machine model, and operation type (roughing/finishing). Our online consultation tool can recommend the right tool, coating, and cutting parameters. You can also contact our technical advisor for free guidance.
What are your payment terms and lead time?
We accept PayPal, and L/C. For standard in-stock items, we can ship within 48 hours.
What if the product is damaged or has quality issues upon arrival?
All products undergo strict QC before shipment. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us with photos within 7 days of receipt. Upon confirmation, we will arrange a free replacement or refund, and cover the return shipping cost.
Do you offer OEM?
Yes, we do. We have a laser machine to laser print your logo and tool specifications on the body of the tool. In addition, we can also print customization on the plastic box.
Which logistics methods do you use? How can I track my order?
We work with leading carriers like DHL, FedEx, and UPS for secure and fast delivery. Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email automatically. You can also check the status in real-time on the “Order Tracking” page on our website.
