  • Please provide your workpiece material, machine model, and operation type (roughing/finishing). Our online consultation tool can recommend the right tool, coating, and cutting parameters. You can also contact our technical advisor for free guidance.
  • We accept PayPal, and L/C. For standard in-stock items, we can ship within 48 hours.
  •  All products undergo strict QC before shipment. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us with photos within 7 days of receipt. Upon confirmation, we will arrange a free replacement or refund, and cover the return shipping cost.
  • Yes, we do. We have a laser machine to laser print your logo and tool specifications on the body of the tool. In addition, we can also print customization on the plastic box.
  • We work with leading carriers like DHL, FedEx, and UPS for secure and fast delivery. Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email automatically. You can also check the status in real-time on the “Order Tracking” page on our website.
